Homemade Hummus
  1. Save some water from the drained chickpeas

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender (such as a Nutribullet)

  3. Blitz for 2-3 minutes until smooth

  4. Add chickpea water halfway through blending if needed

  5. Adjust salt to taste

  6. Garnish with sumac if desired

  7. Store in a glass jar in the fridge for 5-7 days
