Single Serve Blueberry Crisp (small Batch)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (you don't need to preheat air fryer). Grease a small ramekin with butter (or spray with cooking spray).

  2. Toss blueberries with 1 tsp each of the flour and sugar. Add to greased ramekin

  3. Mix together the crisp topping ingredients and crumble on top of blueberries.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven until the crisp topping is golden and the blueberries are starting to bubble. Bake time will depend on ramekin size and size of blueberries (as well as fresh vs frozen).

  5. Air Fry at 325F for 12-15 minutes until the crisp topping is golden and the blueberries are starting to bubble. Air fryer temps can vary, so you may need to bump it up to 350 or 370 in the last few minutes if you need more browning on the crisp topping.

  6. Allow to cool slightly (the juices will thicken as it cools) and enjoy!
