Anti-inflammatory Cozy Lentil Soup
  1. Sauté onion & celery in olive oil until soft, about 5 minutes

  2. Add carrots, cook 2-3 minutes

  3. Add tomatoes, zucchini & garlic, cook a few minutes

  4. Add sea salt, black pepper, cumin, and turmeric — stir well

  5. Add lentils & hot water (cover by 2-3 inches)

  6. Bring to a boil, then simmer on lowest heat for 60-75 minutes

  7. Taste, adjust seasoning, and serve warm 🤍
