Dip sponge fingers in the chocolate mixture
Layer the dipped sponge fingers in a dish
Prepare the cream filling by beating eggs with sugar and starch
Heat milk and combine with the egg mixture to create custard
Fold in whipping cream to the custard
Layer the cream filling over the sponge fingers
Prepare the coffee mixture by dissolving ground coffee in hot water with sugar
Dip remaining sponge fingers in the coffee mixture
Add another layer of sponge fingers and cream
Melt dark chocolate over steam bath for 5 minutes
Pour the chocolate glaze over the top layer
Prepare the cocoa drink by mixing cocoa, water, milk, mascarpone, condensed milk and vanilla essence
Refrigerate the cake until set
Serve with the cocoa drink
