Tiramisu Cake
  1. Prepare the chocolate mixture by melting butter with sugar and cocoa in water

  2. Dip sponge fingers in the chocolate mixture

  3. Layer the dipped sponge fingers in a dish

  4. Prepare the cream filling by beating eggs with sugar and starch

  5. Heat milk and combine with the egg mixture to create custard

  6. Fold in whipping cream to the custard

  7. Layer the cream filling over the sponge fingers

  8. Prepare the coffee mixture by dissolving ground coffee in hot water with sugar

  9. Dip remaining sponge fingers in the coffee mixture

  10. Add another layer of sponge fingers and cream

  11. Melt dark chocolate over steam bath for 5 minutes

  12. Pour the chocolate glaze over the top layer

  13. Prepare the cocoa drink by mixing cocoa, water, milk, mascarpone, condensed milk and vanilla essence

  14. Refrigerate the cake until set

  15. Serve with the cocoa drink
