  3. Dip one rice paper sheet in water for 5–10 seconds until just pliable (don't oversoak or it'll tear easily).

  4. Place softened rice paper on a clean surface.

  5. Add about 1 tablespoon of filling to the center.Fold in the sides, then roll it up tightly like a spring roll.

  6. Air Fryer Method: Brush or spray with oil and air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway.

  7. Pan-Fry Method: Add a thin layer of oil to a pan and cook over medium heat, turning until crispy and golden on all sides (about 2–3 min per side).

  8. Let cool slightly (they're hot inside!), then dip in sweet chili sauce and enjoy that crunch!
