Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Form dough into a ball.
Place dough ball on clean surface and slice into 4 equal parts.
Roll each part into a ball and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Slightly flatten and form a hole in the center of each bagel.
Brush egg whites or (1 whole egg, whisked) onto each bagel.
Sprinkle with seasoning
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350F or until the bagels are slightly golden brown.
Let bagels cool at least 15 minutes before slicing open.
Add toppings of choice!
