Homemade Protein Bagels
  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Form dough into a ball.

  3. Place dough ball on clean surface and slice into 4 equal parts.

  4. Roll each part into a ball and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

  5. Slightly flatten and form a hole in the center of each bagel.

  6. Brush egg whites or (1 whole egg, whisked) onto each bagel.

  7. Sprinkle with seasoning

  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350F or until the bagels are slightly golden brown.

  9. Let bagels cool at least 15 minutes before slicing open.

  10. Add toppings of choice!
