Creamy lemon Dijon vinaigrette
Prepare the vinaigrette by whisking together all of the ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Drain and rinse chickpeas well and add them to a large bowl.
Drain tuna and add it to the bowl, mashing it into smaller pieces.
Add chopped onion, celery, olives and dill.
Toss with the dressing and enjoy!
This will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 4 days.
