Score the chicken legs. In a small bowl, combine onion granules, garlic granules, paprika, all purpose seasoning, and lemon pepper seasoning.
Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken legs, coating well. Marinate for an hour, or overnight in the refrigerator.
Spray the air fryer tray with oil. Place the chicken legs on the tray skin side down and spray with oil. Set air fryer to 180°C for 30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Check chicken is cooked through with a meat thermometer.
In a pan on low heat, add butter and melt. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add lemon pepper seasoning and sauté for 1 minute. Add lemon zest, juice, and parsley and stir.
Add the cornflour slurry, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Pour or brush the sauce over the chicken legs and serve.
