Eggs & Dates (بيض بالتمر)
  1. Remove the pits from the dates and chop them into bite size pieces.

  2. Fry them in a tbsp of ghee and an optional drizzle of olive oil that gives a stunning flavor. Till they soften and start to caramelize.

  3. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt then add them to the pan.

  4. Let them cook on low covered for a couple of minutes.

  5. Serve the omelette with a loaf of bread a cup of tea and enjoy.
