Homestyle Tandoori Chicken
  1. Add all ingredients for the first marinade and massage the chicken thighs. Keep aside for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Mix together all ingredients for the second marinade and check seasoning before adding to the chicken. Keep aside for minimum 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat oven to 175°C.

  4. Cook the chicken on a greased surface in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

  5. Brush with melted butter and drizzle chopped coriander on top.
