15 Minute Tahini Noodles
  1. In a hot pan, add the garlic, broccoli, and mushrooms. Sauté for 5 minutes until lightly cooked.

  2. Add the bok choy and cook for a couple of minutes.

  3. Precook the noodles, drain, and add them to the pan.

  4. Make the tahini sauce by mixing together all of the sauce ingredients.

  5. Pour the sauce into the pan and mix everything well to combine.

  6. Transfer to a bowl and top with sesame seeds.
