Add water to thin the dressing to desired consistency
Combine chicken and all chopped salad ingredients (cucumbers, beans, edamame, cabbage, bell pepper, green onions, shallot, jalapeños, and cilantro) in a large bowl
Pour dressing over everything and toss well
Let sit and marinate for best flavor, especially if preparing ahead
