Measure one cup of juice and add to a bowl
Put the remaining juice in a small pot (3 cups)
Heat the juice until it steams, do not boil
Add ¼ cup gelatin to the juice in the bowl, stir
Once the juice & gelatin mixture has hardened, add to hot juice
Stir until there are no clumps
Pour into greased Pyrex dish and place in the fridge
Leave overnight to harden
Do the same with the coconut milk and pour on top once the cherry mixture has hardened (use 3 tbsp gelatin per can)
Cut into pieces
