Pour half of the bag of chips in a ziploc bag and smash them until they are crumbs. Then place them in one bowl while you whisk 2 eggs into another bowl.
Add salt and pepper to the crumbs and elote seasoning, and stir to combine.
Then take your chicken tenders and dip them in the eggs, then cover them in the chips and repeat for all of the remaining chicken tenders.
Air fry method: place them in an air fryer, spray with cooking spray and air fry them at 400 for 5-6 min each side
Oven method: place them on a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray and cook them at 425 for 8 min each side.
Once cooked, top with shredded cheese and place back in the air fryer or oven for another 2-3 min until the cheese is melted, drizzle with magnifisauce and enjoy!
