Grab boneless skinless chicken breast slice it thin and dice in the cubes
Toss that in a bowl and marinate with garlic powder soy sauce avocado oil and a little bit of sriracha
We're going to mix together egg whites and whole eggs to make a mixture that's a little bit higher in protein and lower in fat
Mix until combined
Cook your chicken in two batches over high heat 2 to 3 minutes on each side
In the same pan toss in your mixed veggies
Once cooked through push to the side and pour in the egg mixture
Once fully scrambled toss in your cooked rice (chilled day old rice is preferred to prevent clumping)
Mix then add in soy sauce and toasted sesame oil
Toss in your cooked chicken and you're good to go
