Tirokafteri (spicy Feta & Red Pepper Dip)
  1. To prepare, de-seed and cube the red pepper. Place in the airfryer and coat in half the oil and a pinch of salt.

  2. Airfry for 8 minutes, until the peppers have softened and become slightly charred.

  3. Place into a blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blitz until smooth.

  4. Leave to chill before serving. Enjoy with flat bread or pita!
