Put all the vegetables (bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, parsley, and chilies) in a food processor and blend until they are well chopped
Transfer the chopped vegetables to a bowl and squeeze the lemon juice into it
In a small bowl, combine the tomato paste, olive oil, salt, pepper, sumac, and smoked paprika and mix well
Add the paste mixture to the vegetables and stir to combine
Refrigerate for at least an hour so the flavors develop
When ready to serve, spread into a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil
Serve with pitas, bread, or alongside kebabs or grilled meat
