Blend 2 cups desiccated coconut, 2 cups raspberries, and 2 tsp maple syrup together in a food processor or blender
Press mixture into a baking dish lined with baking paper
Freeze for 2-3 hours
Cut mixture into rectangles or squares
Melt dark chocolate in a pan
Coat bars in melted chocolate
Garnish with chopped raspberries and sea salt
