Chocolate Coated Coconut Raspberry Bars
  1. Blend 2 cups desiccated coconut, 2 cups raspberries, and 2 tsp maple syrup together in a food processor or blender

  2. Press mixture into a baking dish lined with baking paper

  3. Freeze for 2-3 hours

  4. Cut mixture into rectangles or squares

  5. Melt dark chocolate in a pan

  6. Coat bars in melted chocolate

  7. Garnish with chopped raspberries and sea salt
