Lebanese Orange Cake
  1. Start by whisking together your wet ingredients with your sugar

  2. 4 eggs - ½ cup neutral oil (Avocado sunflour, canola,etc) - 1 cup orange juice - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 cup white sugar

  3. Once mixture is even, sift in the flour and add baking soda and the citrus zest

  4. 2 ½ cups of flour - ½ Zest of orange - ½ Zest of lemon - 1 tbsp of baking powder

  5. Whisk again until the cake batter is silky smooth

  6. Transfer to an oiled and floured cake pan

  7. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes

  8. Stick a toothpick to see if it's still raw

  9. Remove from cake pan and let it rest for 15 minutes before cutting
