Start by whisking together your wet ingredients with your sugar
4 eggs - ½ cup neutral oil (Avocado sunflour, canola,etc) - 1 cup orange juice - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 cup white sugar
Once mixture is even, sift in the flour and add baking soda and the citrus zest
2 ½ cups of flour - ½ Zest of orange - ½ Zest of lemon - 1 tbsp of baking powder
Whisk again until the cake batter is silky smooth
Transfer to an oiled and floured cake pan
Bake at 350F for 50 minutes
Stick a toothpick to see if it's still raw
Remove from cake pan and let it rest for 15 minutes before cutting
