One Bowl Cottage Cheese Breakfast Biscuits
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. In a bowl mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour, baking soda, and cheese. Mix well

  3. Scoop 8-10 biscuits onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  4. Bake in the oven for 22-25 minutes, or until tops are slightly browned

  5. For sandwiches, slice biscuits in half and top with scrambled eggs, bacon (turkey or pork) and cheese (optional since cheese is in biscuits)

  6. Wrap with parchment paper, place in an airtight container and store in the fridge. Reheat before eating
