Put two chicken breasts in the Crock Pot with about 1 packets worth of taco seasoning.
Add one can of corn, one can of black beans, one diced white onion, one chopped green bell pepper, one can of diced chiles, some cilantro, garlic, and chicken broth.
Give it a mix and set the Crock pot on high for about 4 to 5 hours.
Then shred the chicken and add it back with some sour cream and set it on warm for about 15 more minutes.
