Blend eggs, milk, and spices, then pour into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
While the eggs are baking, combine ground sausage and ground beef with spices, and shape them into 5-6 ounce patties. You want your patties to be slightly larger than your English muffins as they will shrink during cooking. Sear the patties in a large, hot skillet with oil for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Toast your English muffins with melted butter and syrup. Assemble sandwiches with the toasted English muffins, melted butter, cheese, and cooked patties.
Wrap in parchment paper, or store in seran wrap in a ziplock bag!
