Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft. Stir in garlic and cook briefly. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Add paprika, cumin, coriander, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked and fragrant.
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, feta, garlic, honey, chili flakes, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix until creamy and slightly textured. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Heat pita or flatbread until soft and pliable.
Spread a generous layer of garlic hot honey feta cream on each wrap. Add the seasoned ground chicken, then top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and fresh parsley.
Fold or roll tightly and serve immediately while warm.
