  1. Pour: Add 1 cup of warm water into a glass.

  2. Add: Pour in the apple cider vinegar and squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.

  3. Season: Sprinkle in the ground cinnamon and add ginger if using.

  4. Stir: Stir very well until the cinnamon distributes evenly.

  5. Sweeten: Taste and add 2-3 drops of liquid stevia if desired.

  6. Serve: Sip before a meal and rinse your mouth with plain water afterward.
