Add all the ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor. ( 2 cups cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 2 teaspoons fresh or dried dill, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ cup Water optional). Securely cover the blender and blend until smooth.
If the dip is too thick, you may add 2 tablespoons of water and blend again until you have a whipped dip consistency. You may do this step again if you prefer your dip a bit runny.
Taste and add more salt and pepper, if needed. The flavor will deepen and incorporate more as it sits in the fridge for a few hours.
Place the whipped dip in an airtight container and store it in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving it with your favorite veggies, crackers, or chips
