If you are using the freeze/thaw method, be sure the tofu is fully thawed.
Press the tofu for 10 to 30 minutes.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F or 200°C.
In a large glass mixing bowl, combine all of the 'Paste' ingredients and stir to combine.
Break the tofu into bite-sized chunks over the bowl.
Lightly fold the chunks into the paste, being careful not to break the tofu too much.
Use tongs to add the tofu to the air-fryer basket.
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, stopping halfway to shake the basket.
Serve right away or store for later.
