Set a skillet on medium high. Add a tablespoon of oil and fry the minced meat until crispy and golden brown.
Add the minced onions, and cook until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cucumbers, stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add 100ml water, the cream cheese and the mustard. Stir until combined and cook covered for another 5-7 minutes.
Once the cucumber is tender you can adjust the thickness of the sauce with a splash of water or some corn starch.
Add the dill, stir until combined and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with steamed rice or boiled potatoes.
