Spread apple pie filling over the cinnamon sugar layer.
Drop the remaining cookie dough over the filling.
Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar over the top.
Drizzle caramel topping over the cobbler.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
