Pour sourdough discard directly into the pan and spread into an even crust
Sprinkle with seasoning of choice
Return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes
Remove, add sauce, cheese, and toppings
Bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and crispy
Remove, slice, and serve
