Tofu Döner
  1. Peel the tofu into slices with a peeler.

  2. Add the tofu slices to a pan with hot oil.

  3. Add the cumin, paprika, chicken spice, garlic, ground coriander, and dark soy sauce. Season with salt to taste.

  4. Fry the tofu for a few minutes until golden.

  5. Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and parsley. Mix with lemon juice and salt.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix the vegan yogurt, minced garlic, white wine vinegar, and a pinch of sugar.

  7. Assemble the Döner by placing the fried tofu, salad, and garlic sauce between the Döner Flatbreads.
