Heat 1 tsp Oil + 1 tbsp Butter in a pan. Add 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped), 1 tsp Mixed Herbs, and 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes . Sauté on low flame.
Then add 2 cups Cooked Rice, along with Salt & Black pepper powder to taste. Stir and finish off with some freshly chopped coriander.
Prepare the marination first. For that, mix 1 tbsp Peri Peri masala with Salt & Black pepper powder, ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste, and 1 tbsp Lemon Juice.
Take two paneer slices (mine was 50g each) mark cuts in it as shown, and marinate it with this prepared mixture.
Cook it in butter till golden and crispy from all sides.
Heat Butter in the same pan. Add 1 tsp Chilli flakes, some garlic (optional) along with ½ Milk and ¼ cup Fresh Cream. You can also add cheese instead of cream if you like. Mix well.
Then add 2 tbsp Peri peri masala along with Salt & pepper to taste. Mix well.
Lastly assemble and enjoy!
