Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough
  1. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

  2. Stir in protein powder, oat flour, and salt. Mix until a cookie dough–like texture forms. Add more oat flour if you want it thicker.

  3. Stir in the mini chocolate chips, then taste and adjust sweetness or salt as needed.

  4. For a firmer texture, pop it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
