Preheat the oven to 425F.
Spread the waffle fries on a large sheet pan and roast according to the package directions, about 22 minutes, or until extra crispy.
Meanwhile, add the kale and chickpeas to a large bowl.
Drizzle with 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil and season with the salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika and black pepper.
Toss really well, making sure everything is thoroughly coated.
Scatter the kale and chickpeas over and around the crispy fries.
Return the sheet pan to the oven and roast for another 12 minutes or until the kale is crisp and the chickpeas are lightly browned.
Top everything with the chicken, a squeeze of lemon juice, a generous drizzle of Caesar dressing and some pickled onions.
Finish with Parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper, then serve directly from the sheet pan.
