Add all ingredients to a Dolci ice cream bowl and lightly mix to combine.
Cover with the Dolci ice cream lid and freeze for 6–12 hours.
Remove from the freezer, add a small dash of milk, then place into the Dolci ice cream maker and select the gelato setting.
After one spin, give the mixture a light mix, then return it to the machine and press re-spin.
Serve straight away for a soft-serve texture, finishing with an extra sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
