Frangipane (almond Cream)
  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. Place 3 tablespoons unsalted butter and ¼ cup granulated sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer and cream together.

  3. Add ½ cup ground almond meal and mix to combine.

  4. Then add 1 large egg and ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract, gently beating until all is mixed.
