Mix the sauce ingredients (PB2 Peanut Butter Powder, Dark Soy Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, Rice Wine Vinegar, MSG, Garlic Powder, Chilli Flakes, Water, Monkfruit brown sugar or stevia) until smooth.
Marinate the chicken with Ground Chilli Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper.
Oven bake the marinated chicken with baking paper, no need to add oil.
Prepare the vegetables (cucumber, carrots, cabbage) for garnish.
Combine the cooked chicken, tofu noodles, and sauce.
