Muriel's Recipe for Stuffed Eggs
  1. Cook the eggs, peel them, cut them in 2 and take the yellow out in a bowl

  2. Add 1 soup spoon of mustard to the egg yolks

  3. Add 1 can of tuna in olive oil, with the oil

  4. Add 1 ripe avocado

  5. Add some cream or yogurt to make it smoother and not so thick

  6. Add 1 soup spoon of olive oil

  7. Add chives and celery (cut tiny small)

  8. Mix the filling and stuff the egg white halves

  9. Optional: add 2 minced anchovies, spicy stuff like chilli, basil or coriander, sesame oil, pesto, or crispy bacon on top
