Cook the eggs, peel them, cut them in 2 and take the yellow out in a bowl
Add 1 soup spoon of mustard to the egg yolks
Add 1 can of tuna in olive oil, with the oil
Add 1 ripe avocado
Add some cream or yogurt to make it smoother and not so thick
Add 1 soup spoon of olive oil
Add chives and celery (cut tiny small)
Mix the filling and stuff the egg white halves
Optional: add 2 minced anchovies, spicy stuff like chilli, basil or coriander, sesame oil, pesto, or crispy bacon on top
