Crispy Shredded Tofu
  1. Shred one block of super firm tofu with the largest holes of a grater.

  2. Gently toss it with seasoning blend of your choice.

  3. Gently toss the tofu in 2 tablespoons of corn starch.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Spray the parchment paper with oil spray.

  6. Add the tofu to the baking sheet.

  7. Top with more oil spray.

  8. Bake at 375° for 1 hour, tossing several times.
