Steep tea in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
Add honey and salt into the hot liquid and briefly stir until dissolved.
Place strawberries in a vessel with lemon juice and blend with an immersion blender, or use a small blender to puree.
Strain the tea (if using loose leaf) and combine with strawberry puree.
Add at least a cup of ice to dilute and cool down the drink.
