Pain Au Raisin Inspired Soaked Oats
  1. Soak sultanas in hot water and vanilla extract for 10 minutes.

  2. Mix the yoghurt, Kefir, vanilla, cinnamon, flaxseeds, oat bran and apple together in a bowl.

  3. Leave the mixture to sit for around 15 minutes.

  4. Add the soaked sultanas to the top of the mixture.
