Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
6 six tortilla wraps
2 teaspoons Greek seasoning (oregano, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder)
¼ teaspoon each salt and black pepper
1 .tablespoon olive oil oil
Caesar Salad:
Romaine lettuce
Croutons - crushed
Caesar salad dressing
Parmesan cheese.
*Mixed salad and set aside.
Method:
Mix ground chicken with Greek seasoning and salt and pepper.
Add an even amount of the meat mixture to each of the six tortilla wraps.
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Working in batches, place prepared tortillas meat side down until brown and cooked through - approximately 3-5 minutes. Turn the tortilla and cook on the other side for 1 minute.
Repeat process with remaining tacos.
Top each taco with Caesar salad and sprinkle with crushed croutons.
Fold in half and serve immediately.
Caesar salad dressing on the side as dip if required.
