Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute
Stir in ground beef and cook until browned and no longer pink, breaking it apart as it cooks
Season generously with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
Pour in pasta sauce and chicken broth, then add pasta straight into the pot
Stir, bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low
Simmer until pasta is cooked through and sauce thickens, adding more chicken broth if needed
Stir in ricotta
Top with shredded mozzarella and finish with fresh basil
