In a pot over low/medium heat, add oil and noodles. Toast until golden.
Add in the rice and toast another minute.
Add salt, stir to combine and pour in water.
Raise the heat to medium.
Taste the broth to ensure it has enough salt. Adjust if needed.
Bring to a bubble.
Add the butter.
Lower heat, cover and cook for around 12-15 minutes.
Fluff and serve.
