Prepare the cabbage: thinly slice or chop cabbage. A food processor works well for this but isn't required.
Sautè the spices: heat olive oil in a pan then add cumin seeds and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute.
Add cabbage, paprika, coriander, and salt. Stir to combine then pour in ¼ cup water.
Cover the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes until the cabbage is fork tender.
Stir in peas and cook for another minute or two.
Serve hot.
