In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, heavy cream, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Stir in the cooked bacon and shredded cheddar.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds, dividing evenly.
Place the molds on a trivet in the Instant Pot. Add water to the pot.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook at high pressure for 8 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
Carefully remove the molds from the Instant Pot and let the egg bites cool for a few minutes before serving.
