Keto Stuffed Crust Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 200C (400F).

  2. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients thoroughly.

  3. Add the melted butter and the egg to the dry mixture, mixing until it resembles breadcrumbs.

  4. Gradually add the boiling water to the mixture, stirring continuously until a dough forms.

  5. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a circular shape.

  6. Arrange the mozzarella sticks around the edge of the dough and fold the dough over them, ensuring they are well sealed.

  7. Transfer the pizza to a baking tray, keeping it on the parchment paper.

  8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

  9. After 15 minutes, take the pizza out and spread Marinara sauce on top, then add your desired toppings.

  10. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
