Sweet Chilli Chicken & Rice
  1. Coat chicken thighs in flour, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, garlic granules, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and chilli flakes

  2. Beat the egg and dip the coated chicken thighs in it

  3. Place chicken in airfryer for 15 minutes at 210°C or until crispy

  4. Mix sweet chilli sauce, honey, and parsley together to make the sauce

  5. Serve the crispy chicken with the sweet chilli sauce over rice
