Beat the egg and dip the coated chicken thighs in it
Place chicken in airfryer for 15 minutes at 210°C or until crispy
Mix sweet chilli sauce, honey, and parsley together to make the sauce
Serve the crispy chicken with the sweet chilli sauce over rice
