California Burger
  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onion dip seasoning mix, grated onion, salt, and pepper with your hands. Do not overmix!

  2. Form even burger patties with your hands, about 5 ounces each. Flatten to desired thickness. Set aside on a baking sheet or plate.

  3. As you're preparing the other toppings, pop the burger patties in the freezer.

  4. Once everything is prepped, heat outdoor grill on high or cast iron skillet on the stovetop. Cook the burger patties to your desired doneness then add cheese on top, if using.

  5. Toast up brioche buns then add all the toppings to your California burger!
