Add butter to a pan and toss in roughly chopped onions, cook until caramelized
Add tomato paste, garlic paste, and ginger paste to the pan
Toss in the seasoning blend (paprika, cayenne, garam masala, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper)
Deglaze the pan with fire roasted tomatoes and water
Add everything to a blender and blend for about 2 minutes until the sauce is completely smooth
Add diced chicken to your slow cooker and pour the butter chicken sauce over it
Cook on High for 2-3 hours or Low for 3-4 hours
Add 30g butter and mix
Add 250g plain nonfat greek yogurt and mix
Let sit for another 10 to 15 minutes to let flavors combine
For rice bowls: Cook 420g basmati rice with ~630ml water and evenly distribute across 7 servings
Serve butter chicken over rice or with fresh naan if preferred
