Garlic Bread Dip
  1. Preheat oven to 400℉.

  2. Cut off the tops of each garlic bulb. Place on a piece of foil. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Loosely wrap bulbs in the foil. Roast for 35 minutes or until the cloves are caramelized.

  3. Once garlic bulbs are finished cooking and cool enough to handle, squeeze cloves into the mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, mayo, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, and salt to the mixing bowl.

  4. Mix ingredients with a hand mixer until fully combined and smooth.

  5. Transfer dip to a 9" oval oven safe dish.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes.

  7. Cut French baguette into thin slices. Place on a sheet pan without overlapping.

  8. For the last 6-7 minutes of baking, add the sliced baguette to the oven.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
